👎 Sugar coating the answers / Not honest

👎 Cannot get to the point

👎 Inconsistency of their answers show someone is lying

👎 Inability to understand the question

👎 Lateness and bad attitude

👎 Does no homework or research about the company (company, industry + future prospect)
