Be specific 具體

• Declining more work at your job 拒絕更多的工作
• When requesting something special 有特殊的請求

Examples:

• Sherry, I’d like to you to head up the Family Mart project
  • Thank you for thinking of me. However, right now I’m trying to wrap up the Boncha proposal. I really need 2-3 days to just focus on that. So I’d like to discuss Family Mart after I’m finished.

Be general 籠統
